Please read this page completely before ordering any item.

Payment Options

Credit Cards - I accept credit cards Via PayPal. You do not have to open a PayPal account when you are paying with a credit card. All you need to have is a Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit card, an e-mail address and online access. If you would like to learn more about PayPal, please visit paypal.com.

PayPal - I will accept a straight transfer of funds from your PayPal account or bank account. If you would like to learn more about PayPal or open a PayPal account for free, please visit paypal.com.

Shipping

Shipping is Free via e-mail. After I receive your payment, I will e-mail your order to your e-mail address as soon as possible . You will need to set your e-mail program to accept e-mail from pixeldesigns@cox.net in order to receive your order. If you have not received your order within a week, please let me know because your spam controls may have tossed it out. Custom design orders may take longer than a week depending on your specific order.

E-mail me at cdorder@pixeldesignsbydestiny.com , If you would like the final draft of your your order mailed to you on CD via USPS Economy Shipping rather than e-mailed, please e-mail me the name of the design that you would like to purchase and I will send you an invoice through paypal.com ASAP. Shipping in the US will be $2.00 and $3.00 for international shipping for any number of designs that you purchase.

Returns

I do not accept returns or give refunds but I will work with you until you are satisfied with your order. Please contact me if your order is not as described.

Customer service has been my main focus from the start. I always strive for 100% customer satisfaction because my customers mean a great deal to me. Any comments or suggestions that would help me better serve you is always appreciated.

Address Changes

It is the customer's responsibility to notify me of any address changes, including e-mail address changes.
